Part-time Olympia Driver/ Ice Technician

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for maintenance of the ice surface including use of Olympia and edger while implementing correct resurfacing techniques. 
• Drive Olympia on game days, practice days and special events.
• Monitors skating/ice events both on and off the ice.
• Assists in the general maintenance and upkeep of the Olympia machines and hockey rink.
• Provides excellent customer service at all times, and ensures that all policies are properly implemented.
• Knows emergency procedures for equipment and evacuation plan
• Performs additional Ice Crew duties as needed. 

Qualifications

• Two or more years driving Olympias or Zambonis required. Olympia experience preferred. 
• Two or more years experience working at a hockey rink facility preferred. 
• Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed. 
• Must be able to ice skate and meet physical demands of job
• Must pass a criminal background check
