Billie Eilish wants to give fans the best chance to buy tickets at face value. If you purchase tickets through Ticketmaster and can't attend, you'll have the option to resell your tickets to other fans at the original price paid on Ticketmaster's Face Value Exchange. Please note, tickets to these events are mobile only and restricted from transfer. A valid bank account or debit card within the country of this event is required to sell on the Face Value Exchange.

**TRAFFIC ALERT:** Expect heavy traffic and longer travel times due to the show and the NC State Fair on adjacent property. Please allow for additional travel time; guests are highly encouraged to carpool and arrive early.

Please Note: Overnight camping is not permitted. Guests will not be permitted on property prior to 8:30 AM on Thursday, Oct. 16 or Friday, Oct. 17. Enter via Gate E on Edwards Mill Road.

Numbered wristband distribution for General Admission (GA) ticketholders will begin at 9:00 AM on each event day by the East Entrance. Normal parking rates apply.

• Ticketholders will receive a sequentially numbered wristband based on order of arrival. **Fan self-numbering systems will not be honored.**
• GA mobile ticket must be presented to receive a wristband. The wristband will be affixed to the ticketholder at this time.
• Guests will be unable to take additional wristbands for other ticketholders.
• Wristband distribution will end at 10:30AM.

At 4PM, guests will begin lining up at the East Entrance.

• At approximately 4PM guests will line up sequentially based on their numbered wristband - beginning with #1. You must arrive back in line by 5:30PM.
• Guests who did not recieve a wristband will line up on a first-come, first-served basis behind guests with wristbands.
